  • Included in the Diagnostic: This rigorous 11-point inspection is part of your $130 Standard Mainta cost. You get a professional's eyes on every part of your machine.

  • No Surprise Billing: We believe in total transparency. We will never charge you for a repair you didn't ask for.

  • Approval Required: If our inspection reveals that parts need to be replaced or a deeper repair is necessary, we will contact you with an estimate first. Work only begins once your approval is given, keeping you in complete control of the final bill.

  • We proudly serve all of Pacific County! To keep our service affordable for everyone, our travel fees are based on Zones.

    • Zone-Based Pricing: Your specific fee depends on your distance from our workshop.

    • Upfront Requirement: This mobile fee is due at the time of booking to secure your spot on our pick-up schedule.

    • Separate Cost: Please note that this fee covers the convenience of door-to-door transport and is separate from the $130 Maintenance & Diagnostic service.

  • Flat rate of $130 - Our base service provides a professional mechanical refresh and a full health check for your sewing machine. 

    What’s Included for the $130 Base Cost:

    • Deep Internal Lint Removal: We open the head and base to remove hidden dust and thread buildup that slows your machine down and causes friction.

    • Precision Oiling: Application of professional-grade lubricant to all factory-specified points to ensure smooth, quiet operation.

    • Comprehensive Diagnostic Inspection: We perform a rigorous 11-point inspection of your needle bar, hook and race, tension disks, bobbin case, feed dogs, motor/belts, and timing to ensure everything is in top shape.

    • Exterior Detail: A full wipe-down and polish of the outer casing so your machine looks as good as it runs.

    • Final Stitch Sample: A professional "sew-off" on multiple fabric layers to ensure perfect stitch quality and performance before we deliver it back to you.

  • We don't just clean; we evaluate. Every tune-up includes a comprehensive health check of your machine’s critical mechanical systems.

    • Needle Bar: Check for straightness and proper height to prevent skipped stitches.

    • Hook & Race: Polish out burrs and scratches to ensure the thread moves without snagging.

    • Tension Disks: Deep clean to remove hidden lint for a perfectly smooth stitch.

    • Bobbin Case: Inspect for nicks or damage that cause "nesting" or thread jams.

    • Feed Dogs: Check alignment and height for even fabric feeding.

    • Motor & Belts: Inspect for wear, cracks, or improper tension.

    • Presser Foot: Verify even pressure and perfect alignment.

    • Bobbin Winder: Test for even winding and reliable auto-stop function.

    • Electrical: Inspect bulb and wiring for safety and reliability.

    • Stitch Calibration: Verify zig-zag and decorative patterns are forming correctly.

    • Mechanical Timing: Precision verification of needle and hook synchronization.

  • In-Home Service Option – $45 

    For your convenience, we offer full repairs and maintenance at your location. Due to the additional time required for on-site visits, this service must be requested at the time of booking to ensure a guaranteed completion window.  Please specify "In-Home" when scheduling. 

    Priority Bench Service – $30 

    Need your machine back quickly? Selecting this option moves your equipment to the front of our current queue, ensuring it is the very next machine placed on our workbench for immediate attention.
