Once we have your machine, we provide comprehensive cleaning, oiling, and diagnostic testing to ensure everything is running smoothly. We also handle a wide range of minor repairs to get you back to your projects faster.

  • Most repair shops require you to haul your heavy equipment to them. We offer concierge-style mobile service—we pick up your machine from your doorstep and deliver it back when it’s ready. You get expert maintenance (cleaning, oiling, and diagnostics) without ever having to load a heavy machine into your car.

  • No packing is necessary! One of the best parts of our service is that you don't have to find a box or packing materials. We handle the machine with care from the moment we pick it up at your door to the moment we bring it back.

  • To give your machine the best care, please have the power supply (cord), foot pedal, and a standard zig-zag presser foot ready. It’s also helpful if you leave a bobbin and a spool of the thread you usually use so we can test the tension perfectly for you.

  • Absolutely. Our 90-Day Service Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All services are warrantied for 90 days following completion. Should you encounter any issues during this period, please contact us for a diagnostic review. If the issue is related to our recent service, we will correct it at no additional cost.

    Note: In rare instances where a machine is deemed unrepairable due to the unavailability of parts, customers will not be billed for labor costs.

  • We provide professional care for the mechanical parts that make your machine stitch—like the gears, timing, and tension. Computerized components (like touchscreens and motherboards) usually require specialized factory parts and digital tools that are only available through a manufacturer’s authorized dealer. By focusing on the mechanical health of your machine, we are able to keep our prices fair and our turnaround times faster for our neighbors!

  • Because we are a mobile service, we carefully plan our routes through Pacific County to stay efficient and keep costs low for our neighbors. Collecting the travel fee upfront allows us to guarantee your appointment time and cover the cost of bringing our 'workshop on wheels' to your door!

  • Since Pacific County is a large area, we use travel zones to keep pricing fair. When you contact us or use our online booking, just let us know your town or zip code, and we will give you the exact travel fee for your location before you book.
